T7 Supermoto Wheel Swap Machining Service

MACHINING SERVICE ONLY

When doing a supermoto swap on a Tenere 700 using MT-07 / MT-09 wheels you will need to remachine the brake rotor faces for clearance, bore the bearing retainers out for larger bearings, drill and tap new rotor bolt holes, and then clean up the excess material. 

Standard machine shops typically want to charge an insane price as this is not their normal practice.

Wicked Works has perfected the process down to create a clean finish that is done in a timely fashion.

After purchase you will be emailed instructions on how to ship your front wheel to our shop, then we will machine the wheel and ship it back.

We do NOT supply wheels, we will NOT work on bent wheels. Donor wheels must be in good condition.

You will need to send the new bearings, inner wheel spacer, and dust seals with the wheel so we can ensure a proper fit.

You MUST fill out the waiver emailed to you prior to the wheels being shipped back. This practice can create weak spots in the wheel and by removing material from the wheel you are changing the wheels integrity. You are also removing thickness from the rotor bolt threads leaving 4 to 6 threads of engagement. We recommend using blue loctight and checking bolts prior to riding.
